  • Yes! We are working to ensure solidarity accommodation is available for at least 10% of participants with limited financial resources. While we cannot guarantee a spot for everyone, we are doing our best to offer very low-cost options. Once registration opens, you’ll be able to indicate your interest in this option. We will prioritize people traveling from afar and those with fewer means.

  • Yes, we aim to provide free or low-cost bicycles for at least 50% of registered participants. We are partnering with local organizations and bike co-ops to make this happen. Availability will depend on registration, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible. While we can't promise a bike for everyone, we are committed to doing our best!

  • Yes, we can provide a formal invitation letter to help with your visa application process. However, please note that this does not guarantee a visa will be granted. We will do our part to support your application, but the decision ultimately lies with the Canadian immigration authorities. Make sure to request your letter early.
